Deconstruction

Before any new elements can be added or changed, the old and worn down needs to be removed. This is the hardest part since it is a process of letting go. During each renovation project, this process can create its own stress and challenges.
The core course of the MET program were my deconstruction phase. I needed to strip away misunderstandings, inefficient methods of teaching and learning, and create a clean canvas for new ideas, concepts and processes to become established.
