Planning and Managing Learning Technologies in Higher Education
Although I have not taken this course yet, I have begun to explore and apply planning and managing learning technologies in higher education. In my role as an instructor at the Faculty of Education, I have explored creating authentic, enriching learning tasks for my students (concept maps, digital storytelling). I create a collaborative community of practice using integrated learning technologies (google docs, diigo). I continue to explore, for my own professional development, the affordances found in open, web-based, learning opportunities (Global Education Conference, MOOC). I look forward to extending my understanding and explorations into higher education learning technologies within ETEC 520. When the course is completed. I will update this space in my e-portfolio.
